Default Stereo Replacement

With the stupid reboot loop issue with the stereo and some just dying is there a way to install an aftermarket stereo that will tie in to the OEM setup and keep the current functionality and steering wheel controls etc...?
I'm not too familiar with car stereos or installation so forgive me if this is a stupid question.

Nope. There isn't anything remotely capable of that.

What do you mean by OEM setup? I know that there are aftermarket stereos that can reconnect to steering controls.

Oh well yeah nothing to directly interface exactly as the OEM box without some crazy customized deal for sure. But ehh that's exactly what I'm looking into doing hate the lexus ui.

Whats the reboot loop issue? Does it just involve the stereo or are there other systems affected?

The stereo receiver is the Nav, bluetooth, phone integration, radio, cd player, basically all the features except the backup camera. Read on here and all over the internet stupid pos lexus stereos just constantly reboot then eventually die. It's been happening on 2014s models mostly but 2015s have had it too.
