Question What would you do? Tires

Hi all. Looking for feedback/suggestions. My leased 2016 IS300 F-Sport goes back in January 2019 and currently has only 11,000 miles, anticipate an additional 3-4K miles by lease expiration. Rear tires are actually fine (6/32) tread remaining but the fronts on both sides are down to (3/32) on outer edges. OEM Bridgestone EL400's A/S and will cost approx $500 to replace both fronts + mount/balance. Was checking prices on Tirerack and can get all four replaced for almost the same price as two EL400's. Question is, do I take the chance with the hope they will last or replace all four now. Considering from tirerack: Kumho Ecsta 4X II, Hankook Ventus S1 Noble2, Cooper Zeon RS-3 G1, Pirelli PZero A/S Plus all which cost $500-$550 for the full set. Is anyone using any of these brands? Not a penny pincher here but not thrilled to have to put money into a leased car but don't want to compromise safety or handling. Thanks in advance for any input.

I would personally replace the fronts with whatever brand you’d like that isn’t super cheap such as Hankook or maybe even some Yohohama’s. If the car is going to be returned no need to have super nice tires or waste money. Hopefully your rears last, which honestly they should.

If youre doing a lease return, the brand or cost of the tire doesnt matter.

Only that it is the factory size and tire rating.

Go cheap af, get the cheapest brand you can find.

Only 11k miles? That's crazy low to be at near the end of your lease.

Firehawk Indy 500s. Not only is it a cheap tire, it's one of the top performers in the summer category!

If you need something all seasony though, I had the Noble S2s on another car. loved them. They're also the lightest tire in its class (i researched this)

I know right? It's a very low mileage car. Will be a great certified purchase for anyone looking for an Ultrasonic Blue F-Sport. Will have around 15-16k miles at turn in.
