AVS capable coilovers

Does anyone here run either the J5 coilovers or the RSR Active coilovers? I cant decide which one to go with. I'd like some feedback on both if possible.

I'm curious as well. Also if anybody has gotten their hands on the Tein Flex AVS coilovers that are supposedly compatible as well.
