Now don't get me wrong. Totally expect some brake noice. I get that. What I experienced was a constant nails on the chalk board squeal EVERYTIME I braked. It became so unbearable this past winter I came to the dealership armed with dash cam audio. Funny thing is when I pulled into the service bay my brakes squealed so bad I had both the Lexus and Toyota advisors come out and see what the frick was going on. (Both dealerships share the same building). Needless to say I had the rotors and brakes replaced on the front under warranty.

Hey, I get it. We have noisy brakes. I have no problem with that. But, what I experienced on my IS was way beyond normal squeaking. I'll also point out again that I have the non f-sport IS so I'm not sure how different the pads are between to two types.

it's F-sport, and if I remember correctly, I just had my car serviced last month and the pads were 75% rear and 50% front. But I'll have to dig up the service records to confirm this

I dont stop very hard, maybe I can try this to see if it improves, like someone mentioned, the first winter, it was mild, then in the summer all went away other than the odd raining cold days. but this winter is especially bad, and weather is still cold -16 today. so im not sure how the warmer weather will do,

the fact that it goes away after 5-10 min of driving, it is always the cold start.

Your situation sounds exactly like mine was before I got the rotors machined. Your brakes will work fine, but if you find the noise too distracting/obnoxious, it's possible to fix it by resurfacing the rotors. I suspect the noise will return after a while, if any abrasive substances find their way into your brakes again.

I had good luck switching to Akebono brake pads after the OEM ones needed replacing on my IS 350 F sport. They squeal very loud when i first back out of the garage on cold days, but once they warm up just a little, they are quiet. The other bonus is that there is nearly zero brake dust compared to the OEM pads, which were terrible for dust.

All that said, the OEM pads had better stopping power, but the Akebono replacements are nearly as good and bite more smoothly.

Good luck!
