Android radio?

Hi! Has anyone ever installed the Android GPS Car stereo? I want to buy one. How about the Seicane Android car stereo?

Never installed one but theres a company "Grom" that is coming out with a similar system specifically for our vehicles.

At this time its not possible to just replace the factory stereo with something else aftermarket.

Like mentioned before me, maybe look into interface modules that work with the factory stereo.
