Ambitious 2017 taillight swap with 2016!

The tinting helps the 2017 tail lights somewhat, but for me the three thin swoosh lines look way too busy, and distract (not in a good way) away from the beautiful back end of the IS. The 14-16 lights are just more aggressive no doubt and the flat light line compliments/balances the already curvy tail really well. But that's just me. Beauty in the eye of the beholder thing.
I already ordered the 16 lights and will circle back to you guys if its really a plug and play like some members agree and others not.

I just finished installing the 16 rear lights on my 17. OEM to OEM fits like a glove. Its a 100% perfect fit. I ordered all the parts Jeff Lange posted earlier and that's exactly what you need. I'll be selling my 17 lights. So if anyone's interested. They're OEM with zero scratches and I'll pack in same boxes I received my 16 lights. I'm in Seattle WA. Is this something I can post on iTrader? Not used before. Else probably on eBay. Thanks.

You should post some pictures so that others can see how it looks with the diffuser and exhaust tips.
I sent you a PM for the Taillights. Would you be including the harnesses to replace the lower year models? Thanks

I posted pics of the trunk and tail lights so you guys can see, the trunk lights on the 17 are full LED. There's no bulb but only one LED connector. The 17 tail lights are like the 16, they both have one bulb and one LED connector. Somebody asked earlier, yes the turn signal lon the 17 is bulb, but the bulb itself is clear color with the outside lens orange (only the turn signal section I mean). The 16 is exactly in reverse. The 16 bulb is yellow color and outside lens is red like rest of the lens. Edwin, I'll reply to your PM with the details and yes I'm selling the full set with harnesses etc. Thanks.
