Hey peeps, hopefully soemone can help me out since I've been looking and can't seem to find anything.
I'm looking for a plug n' play performance upgrade for my 2017 IS350.
Would anybody know where to get the right one or also have experience with one?
I'm looking to make gains of course but I want to increase my MPGs.

Sorry...the holy grail doesn't exist, at least not yet. The G series motors are gas hogs. They're the worst in class! This day in age you would think a V6 3.5L could get over 30mpg.
Your best bet is getting RR Tuning to flash your ECU. I've been running mine from almost day one and I'm very happy!. The MPG is the same and the car has come alive. The stock tune felt really flat.

 

Is flashing the chip legal in California?

 

Absolutely, just don't tell your inspector. If you add anything to the motor (cold air intake) and needs to have a CARB sticker on it. It will pass the sniff tester no problem.

 

I don't think its legal since the tune manufacturer highly unlikely submitted their tune to CARB for approval which cost a ton of $$, but the chances of you getting caught are very slim

 

Try adding an oil catch can/ vent to air at the PCV and valve cover, might save a bit on MPG as oil in the return reduces octane... which reduces power and engine efficiency.
