You can change it in the settings.

use the pad on the right on the steering wheel and press up and down to cycle thru the settings (it'll cycle thru where you currently see the fuel consumption bar/MPG on your picture). When you see it say MPH, press the middle button and it'll change to KPH. If you have the gauge cluster opened up though, you wont be able to cycle thru it.

Press up twice on your right pad on the steering wheel. Should say kph/mph. Press the middle button to change.

From what I read here.... you can change km to m easily if you swap clusters BUT you cannot change the original outside temperature display. It will stay in Fahrenheit or Celsius as original. I say this because I want to buy one from the usa (me in canada) but I would have to leave with the Fahrenheit reading. I asked dealer for new cluster and they said it was in the $3,000 so no go there.

The odometer reads in miles or kms depending on the market the cluster is sold to.
While the SPEEDO can be easily changed, the ODO cannot be changed (as far as I know).

If you really want the SPEEDO and ODO to both read in kms, then purchase a Canadian market F Sport Cluster.
Someone will be able to program the current mileage if you don't want it starting at zero.
