Help!
I’m 18 and my parents bought me a brand new lexus. I was parked the other day and I noticed scratch. Do you guys know how I can fix this or recommend.

That's going to need to be repainted. It also looks like your car is Atomic Silver and will be difficult to match, so blending of surrounding panels will be needed. That small trim in front of the painted panel will need to be replaced. This repair might get pricey.

You are a lucky 18 year old. I got a 14 year old Cressida for my first car. You probably don't even know what a Cressida is lol.
Anyhoo, that's going to be hard to get back to original. It needs to be sanded down and blend painted to the rest of the bumper. I'm guessing anywhere from $500-1000 for a decent shop that knows how to color match and blend.
Curb rash sucks.

If your parents got you a new Lexus, I'm sure they'll fork over the 1k or so to fix it lol. This definitely wont be cheap, look like you got deep in the paint and shredded the trim in the front, which'll probably need to be replaced like someone above mentioned. Paint match will be the hardest part.
oh well, your parents should've probably expected things like this to happen giving a new Lexus to an 18yr old.
