I just noticed that the rear window on my car doesn't roll down completely. It rolls down with to about 1/2 inch above the window sill.

Yes, I had this same issue on the 2014 IS350. Asked the dealership about this and they stated that it's normal

 

its normal, doesn't roll down completely on my 200t as well.

 

Oh good. I thought my motor was broken or something. Thanks.

 

It's only going to roll down so far otherwise it would have to end up in the wheel well.
