2016 IS200T ac issues
I have a 2016 is200t f sport and I'm having some problems with my ac that started this morning. When I turn the ac on, no air comes out of the vents. You can hear it blowing(or trying to) in the dash but no air comes out of any of the vents.
Everything was working fine last night. Any idea what it could be before I take it up to the dealership?

Very odd to have that problem. Or any problem for that matter. Let us know what they find.

I had that happen once on my '16 200T. I just turned the car off/on and everything went back to normal. If you listen closely, when you turn off the car you can hear a faint motorized noise coming from the vents. Maybe is the fans or vent arms readjusting to a default position.

There was another thread on here where the A/C was blowing cold on one side and hot on the other in the front.
This is not your issue, but the root cause might be the same problem that has caused both issues.
Apparently the actuators/servos operate abnormally due to a glitch/malfunction with the software that controls them.
The dealer can reinitialize the actuators to restore normal operation.
From the sound of your issue, the doors on the HVAC box have all closed and stayed shut.
The faint noises that Chrispies mentioned is the self test the actuators go through every time you start the vehicle. It's usually very faint, so no one really notices it.
