Default Air Conditioner Blows Hot Intermittently

My 2015 L-Certified IS250 had its AC Servo re initialized at the dealership over the weekend. But it's doing the same thing. Randomly blows hot air when LO is selected. Before the visit it would go back to cold or have split temperatures like the dual mode was selected. Now it's just all warm when it happens. Taking it back again. Was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem.

Still having problems with my IS. The Climate Control Settings don't work properly. Starting the car the car may blow cold. Then on the next start it blows hot. Anyone seen a problem like this?

If you start the vehicle and attempt to change any of the HVAC settings, and the panel is unresponsive, then the likelihood is that one of the actuators for a door on the box is jammed or malfunctioning.
Everything time you start the vehicle, the actuators (servos) that control the doors of the HVAC system actually perform a self check by moving.
99% of the time you won't even notice it and it's done super quick.
But...when a servo jams or is malfunctioning, the system attempts multiple times to operate it...this you will notice.
When it's making those additional attempts, the control panel will not response to any user changes.
If the system is blowing hot when it's set to cold, chances are the servo for the blend door my be jammed, sticking, or malfunctioning.
Very few of the actuators can be accessed easily...and by easily I mean you have to remove a few panel to get to them. The others will require the removal of the dash and/or HVAC box.

Here's the problem. My IS will have a split temperature difference. Sometimes when you start the car with Dual off and it on LO it will be hot on the drivers. Cold on the PAX side and cold out the rear seat center console. Turn off the car. Try again and it might be cold all around. If it's all cold and and I run the control panel to hot. It will always go hot. But 95 percent of the time will not go back to cold.

The dealership has changed both of the servos. And it's still bad. And are now changing both of the side temp doors. I'm like, yeah all of the doors went bad on the same day. I think it's the A/C Amp. But what do I know. But I do appreciate the GS loaner.

Picked it up today after work. Not sure which one fixed it. But Lexus swapped out both Temp Doors. Worked ok on the way back with a couple stops. Let's see what happens.
