I was a professional detailer a long time ago in Tampa.

But hey, there's lots of feedback here for you to choose from.
Good luck. Hope things work out for you.

ive tried all of the suggestions here already, and to be honest it probably made it worst. lol

after careful consideration, ive decided to take it to a professional auto upholstery instead.
the price is decent and since my car is brand new, i really dont want to mess it up even more!

but thank you to everyone who took the time to post their suggestions!

at the end of the day, i really think the materials lexus decided to use for this car is just very sensitive in general.
the windshield glass is way too soft and pits quite easily.
the fake looking brushed metal plastic they use for the center console scratches
the clear plastic they use on the clock and instrument gauge also scratches like crazy.
my nuluxe seats already have creases despite only having 5k on the car.

i came from a BMW and i have to say the craftsmentship from Lexus is just not quite there yet. hopefully this is something they could really look to improve on in the future!

But, the reliability is there from Lexus, which isn't from BMW.

yep, that's why I switched to Lexus. There was a lot of little random electronic issues I had to take the car in for service ALL the time w the BMW.
