For those that are lowered with 19" wheels: ride height from ground to fender?
Hi all,
Hoping to get some data points...
I just lowered on RSR coils and picked up a set of 19" Vossen CVTs. My ground to fender on all 4 corners are around 25" 1/8. I need practicality as I do sometimes drive around with a toddler and consider our canadian winters. Currently thinking of raising it to 25" 1/4 or 25" 1/2. I know it sounds like a small difference so wanted to see if I am just wasting my time.
Can you please share your ground to fender especially if you live in a location with snow? Any issues?
Including picture for reference..

1st i would like to say, nice Rims and Drop and nice car !
2nd, your fender gap between wheel and arch will be fine, even snow storm won't do anything bad if your car lowered or not, i just moved to Q.C not too long these guys down here drop more than yours without any issue, 3rd Generation IS is cool because we don't have to fender rolls, you can Flare it out a little bit though, since you lowered on Coils, in the winter time you raise it back to minimum drop which is 1.2 1.3 inch on most Coilovers, 1 inch drop is nothing so don't you worry much, you have expensive wheels and Coilovers you shouldn't have any problem.
PS: Ontario snows is nothing compared to Quebec City !
