Other than that, Exhaust sound is very loud now, even though I have the F-Sport Axleback. The midpipe gave the sound a deeper, yet much louder sound.
Hi Jon,
Also looking into Apexi midpipe because Invidia is too loud. Is the midpipe quieter than the Invidia? Curious as to why you also did not go with Invidia.

Do you happen to have a drive by or in cabin video?

I didn't read through this entire thread, but I called Invidia directly a while ago and if you search on eBay per their info, there is a MidPipe now by Invidia available for the 2014+ IS AWDs.

Debating on pulling the trigger on the Apexi mid-pipe to pair with my F-Sport exhaust or selling the F-sport exhaust and buying both Invidia mid-pipe and axle-back.

It seems not many members have the Apexi mid-pipe + F sport exhaust combo. Looking to see if anyone has or can post a WOT sound clip of the Apexi mid-pipe paired with the F-sport exhaust? Your help would be greatly appreciated

Here's 2 quick clips. Got my fiance out of the car to take these. Really didn't have much room in the lot I chose I've got to get you guys a good clip of me accelerating up to 7200 RPMs.

The tone with the Apexi mid-pipe and F-sport axle back on my 350 is PERFECT. It idles extremely quiet. The drone when driving is minimal. But if I start to get the car moving it sounds like a high end sports car. Love it.

Thank you so much for the clips. Is there any chance you could get your fiance to get clips of the sound in the cabin? Wondering how loud the drone is when in cabin and at 2-3k rpm (Compared to invidia catback)

Drone in the cabin doesn't exist. I didn't post a cabin clip because with the windows up all the mic captures is the engine noise.

Wow that's awesome. So would you say its a crap ton quieter than the invidia catback? Because this is exactly what I wanted. Sounds amazing, louder than f sport axle, but quieter than invidia catback.

I do a lot of hill driving so rpm 2-3k, is there minimal drone at those levels too? (can you compare to only f sport axle?)

Also this midpipe is resonated right?

I could barely hear the invidia catback inside the cabin and that was my first exhaust. Way 2 quiet but I guess we all have different ears.

What??? Full rev and 2 to 3k rpm (drone)? Not idling.

Just went in another forum members 250 with invidia catback and aforementioned situations were ear deafening.

Yeah full throttle. It was dead at night I had to open the windows all the way down to really even hear something. My mom didn’t even know I installed it when riding with me lol
