I'm also interested in what the Apex-i mid pipe will do. I currently have Rowen axle back and it's maybe 5% louder than stock...

Hijacking/Bumping this thread. I have an F-sport exhaust on my is350 AWD and am looking for a midpipe. Any recommendations? I do not want rasp or excessive drone does any one have clips or has experience of what this combination would sound like? Fsport axelback + PTS or JoeZ or Apex-i?

Invidia or the Apexi are popular options.

I didn't!
Apex came with new gaskets and I used those.
Except for 2 round-rubber pieces that connected to the downpipe (not sure those are called gaskets)

Also, my installation is finished, but there's some huge squeaking noise coming from the mid section of my car now...I think it might be midpipes not properly bolted to the downpipes and axleback.
Anyone experienced this?

Lou from ModinJapan gave me a few advices, will be checking in again with the garage tomorrow. Any advice or insight on this problem are welcomed!

Other than that, Exhaust sound is very loud now, even though I have the F-Sport Axleback. The midpipe gave the sound a deeper, yet much louder sound.

Thanks. Let us know what the noise is. Could it possibly be rubbing that cross brace that has to be removed to install the exhaust?

Enjoy, but I don't believe the F Sport axle back is louder than the Ark axle back no matter what mid pipe
