If I strip my IS250 emblem, could you tell if it's an IS250 or IS350?

That's why I hate it when an entry luxury or sports car reaches 4-5 year old mark. Any honda poser ricer high schooler can obtain a loan and buy it. Then they rice the crap out of it, eBay fart cans, throwing huge chrome rims, rediculous silly looking body kits, enough bass to blow out ear drum... Even worse, like OP, trying to replace with higher badge. You are not fooling or impressing anyone. Might as well go big and tape AMG, M, F badge all together on the trunk to impress the high schoolers you aim for
It's a luxury car for god sakes. Go back and custom beater civics.
Same happened to the 370z smh

I've debadged every car I've owned and will remove the Civic off my girlfriends new hatchback. It just looks clean.
My previous car was a 2013 V6 accord. I installed the lip spoiler and by removing the "v6" badge I made the rear end look much like the "sport" model of the car which was sold as a 4-cyl only. That's ok I knew that my dual exhaust was real and when I saw a sport on the rode the extra exhaust tip was just for looks.
Not many cars make the badging look good but there are some exceptions.

Vital thank you for the entertaining thread and trolling responses it has made my day at work lol. I have never understood why people care so much about what people do to their own vehicles. I could give a crap if you put an LFA badge on your car.....I don't make the payments and I sure as hell don't lose sleep over it at night.
As for debadging I don't blame you. I have always preferred the clean look of a debadged trunk personally. I tried to remove the badges from my 2IS a few years ago and realized very quickly that I couldn't because there were holes behind them. I haven't tried with the 3IS because I just assumed it was the same.
As for the rest of you get off your damn high horses.....your ignorance and condescending remarks are almost as childish as the type of people you speak about
