Zero issues
Too much wheel gap made me change my mind on lowering.
I'm glad you made that decision Doodlebug. I'm the same way. I like nice wheels and stock suspension. All that unnecessary wear and tear down there, more alignments yearly, more maintenance mental time to take up and money, etc. Too much. I just want to drive the car and enjoy lol. Glad to read and see someone like me. Nice car man I'm from the GS section but I like seeing unicorns too....

Well, I did lower it, but, minimally. It's about 1/2 - 3/4" lower than stock, so I don't expect too much wear and tear. I just didn't want to go too low, I'd tear up the front fascia for sure.
Since I swap wheels and tires for winter, I get alignments twice a year anyway. Thanks for the compliment.

The second set of pics is lowered on half downs? Hows the ride quality + mileage with the 19s compared to stock 18s?

And rubbing issues, if any?
Yes, the second set is on half downs. There is a little difference in ride quality of 19's vs 18's = lower profile. But as far as the suspension and mileage, I don't notice a difference.
Comparison pics of stock vs half downs. IMO big difference in the front. You're also looking at two different sets of tires. Top pic are Continental DWS.
I had some rubbing issues with 245/35 Pilot SS in the front. They've been replaced with 235/35.

[QUOTE=mrhale12;9846214]Im running +32 offset in the front with +38 in the rear 19's
hey bro...i need your help BIG TIME! hehe ...we got the same exact rims..but i have some rubbing in my rear..what tires are you using? do you have some rubbing issues in the back too?
You could probably do a 19x8.5 +20 in the front and a 19x9.5 +37 in the back.
I'm on J5 coilovers with those sizes and have minimal to no rubbing. Running Hankook Ventus V12s 225/35/19 and 255/30/19
Thank you for posting this! The general consensus seemed to be a 8.5 +35 in the front... but none of them were sitting flush with the top of the fender arch. Your +20 is exactly what I needed to see!
