My winter setup is 225/40R18 on 18x8 all around, no problems with fitment. However, some 18x8 wheels will not clear the brake calipers so check fitment before buying. I bought OEM wheels (F-Sport for summers, Non F-Sport for winters). In terms of comfort, I have the Michelin PSS and never thought of them as loud. They are way quieter than the terrible stock Turanza EL 400s.
