Default 2015 IS250 Bluetooth Issue

Hello, the other day my girlfriend purchased a 2015 IS250. It seems that the option to "add device" is completely absent from the menu. We were able to view the prior owner's phones which were listed as iphone and blackberry, but there is no option listed to "add device" when we go to the bluetooth setup, the vehicle prompts us to select "add device" from the menu, but the option simply does not exist even after deleting previous owner's personal data. Anyone else experience this?

On my last car you could fill up the device list and couldn't add more until you removed old ones. Can you remove the previous owners devices ? Just a guess.

We were able to remove the 2 devices from the previous owner, but even with no Bluetooth devices stored in the system there is no "add device" tab.

Does the vehicle have Navi or not?
What screen(s) are you going through to access "Add Device"?
I believe you need to go to "Setup" first, then "Bluetooth", then you should see the "Add Device" option.
Maybe a pic of the screen you're looking at may help.

Might be a dumb suggestion but make sure the car isn't moving when you're trying to add the device.. Car has to be at a complete stop for you to pair new devices
