is 350 f sport bluetooth issue
hey I just bought a 15 is 350 f sport and when I got it. the car is awesome but when I connect my iPhone 7 plus phone to the radio every song for the most part skips. I brought it to the dealer and they are checking It out. but I wanna make sure that everything is working right, did anyone have the same issue. everything else on the radio is working like cd playing and regular radio etc. while its in the shop they loaned me a 16 is300 and I pair my phone to it and I'm not having any issue I might wanna say its the amp. Any ideas anyone????

Welcome.
There are a few threads about folks having Bluetooth issues...but I believe those folks are on Android phones.
If the audio works fine with the radio and CD player, then it has nothing to do with the audio portion of the vehicle.
You are basically down to the Bluetooth on the car side and your iPhone 7.
There is a service bulletin to update the navigation system on the 2014 and 2015-2016 IS's.
A couple of the threads here actually show you how to do it yourself.
I'm surprised you are having issues with the iPhone because Bluetooth protocols are usually skewed to favor iPhone over Android.
I'd confirm that your iOS is up to date, and see if the dealer does the update...if not you can do it yourself using a USB stick.

Any reason you suspect the amp?
All audio...bluetooth, CD, radio, and auxiliary jack go through the amp. So if the amp fails, they will all be affected...if only one has an issue, then the issue is localized to that system. i believe you mentioned the CD and radio work fine, so it can't be the amp.
It's possible the Bluetooth just doesn't like your iPhone 7. The Bluetooth hardware in the 2016 loaner radio is likely different, and that's why it works with your phone.
I would say to try and plug your iPhone 7 into the auxiliary jack and see how the songs play then, but the phone doesn't have a headphone jack. I'm not sure who the brainchild was beyond that decision to omit a headphone jack.
