Default Car riding lower after curb hit, dealer says all good?

I have a 2014 is350 fsport, went tail happy and hit a curb in heavy snow couple weeks ago, blew rear driver side tire. Got oem rear set off a member and have noticed the car is riding lower on that side. I'm sitting in Ken Shaw lexus now and they ve told me the car is good nothing wrong, they dont even want me to do an allignment or anything.

It feels fine driving at any speed, no vibrations or odd sounds. Had the car fully loaded with 3 passengers plus their kitchen bags and no rubbing at all driving in toronto mixed highway and local.

Dealer says about a quarter inch drop, I asked what caused it they say no idea but everything checks out. Should I take it to another shop? I have an appointment at Mecano Autoworks and based on our email conversation seems great and I think I might want him to look at it, thoughts?

I have posted a picture what they did, it does recommend alignment after all but will that fix the ride height issue?

Im on mobile and its freezing so sorry for the orientation of the picture.

before and after pics would help. Ride height, as you know, will vary. 1 passenger vs 5 passenger. A full tank of gas vs an empty tank could yield the same results.

I'm at work now so pictures will have to come later. I did notice on my walkaround that the plastidip on my wheels are completely intact. Did they even take off my wheels or are they so good they don't rip the dip even slightly? Ride height difference was noticed when outside the car, I can put my fingers in the gap and there's a difference between the two rears.

East TOronto here, F Kenshaw Lexus/Toyota, they damaged my Toyota Solara side underbody right under the driver door, (a big dent) when i brought in for Timing belt/water pump in 2007, bring to somewhere else that YOU and the Mechanic can check together, i hate mechanic that refuse to do or check out the problem, Right and Left Rear ride height is not equal and that's not normal. My friend with her Mercedes CLA250 just killed one of her front Tire like you lol my sister did the samething last year, you guys love hugging the curb and kissing the sidewalk.

i would definitely get a second opinion. a change in camber (bent arm) could easily make it look like it rides lower due to the different wheel angle.

Your invoice says "ADVISED TO DO 4-WHEEL ALIGNMENT". I would definitely start there.

Get an alignment done and get a printout...I think we'd all like to see it.
There is an allowable difference for ride height from side to side and front to back.

Your rear wheel alignment is most likely off. Since you hit the outside wall of rear passenger wheel on the curb, the lower part of the wheel was pushed inwards with enough force to change the camber setting out of place. Luckily the tires took the brunt of the force and popped.
As the wheel is now sitting at an increased angle the height would be changed and this will cause uneven wear.
