Default Offset +40 or +42?

Looking for some opinions. I am planning on running the below specs,

Front: 225/35/19 19x9 +32
Rear: 255/30/19 19x10 +42 or +40?

I am thinking +40 should be fine for the rears, but should I go with +42 to be a little on the safer side? I know 2mm isn't that much of a difference, so maybe I am overthinking. Looking on willtheyfit.com,

+40…..9mm closer to the strut on the inside, 29mm pushed out on the outside, compared to stock
+42…..11 mm closer to the strut on the inside, 27mm pushed out on the outside, compared to stock

Number one priority, do not want to bang up my rear fenders. Number two, want to limit the chewing up of the inside of the tire. Have seen some people running 19x10+45 which is even closer inside, but not sure if they've encountered any issues. With that said, what do you guys think?
2016 IS200t F-Sport on RSR down springs. I have 20mm spacers all around so the 29mm and 27mm above effectively become 9mm and 7mm.

Thanks!

I looked at your build when I was trying to figure out my wheel specs. Good to hear you're having zero issues with a +45. Ever think about running a 5mm spacer?

+42 should be fine. I'm on 19x9.5 +38 on a 255/30/19 and on RSR superdowns still have a few millimeters left. I'm also cambered a little bit on the rear.
