Default Manually Reset MPG - HOW?

I read the manual but don't see a way to reset the MPG stat in my 2014 IS 350. I realize I can refuel and reset it that way but there must be a way to do it manually - anyone know how?

Per my understanding refueling has nothing to do with MPG or its rest. Refueling only resets the range information.
To reset MPG I go to Menu/Info/Fuel Information and press CLEAR, you can also go to the next page - "past records" and also
press CLEAR.

On my 2015, I go to MPG on the dash screen, and press and hold the middle steering wheel button to reset it.

In the setup menu in your gauge cluster, you can choose different stats to show up. Options for MPG are "After start," "After refuel," and "After reset." You'd want to add "After reset" to your preferences, then you should be able to reset it by holding the center button while that stat is selected.

Great tips about the MPG showing in the gauge cluster - I learned something new.
