Default need help with wheel fitment

Hello everyone. I have some new wheels, and I basically just want to know if they will fit without any modifications. I find this stuff kind of hard to figure out. But I have a 16 IS300. The size of the wheels are,
Front: 18x8 40offset
Rear: 18x9.5 40offset
Hub: 72.6mm

72.6mm hub needs to get an adapter to bring it to 60.1mm

18x8+40 fronts will fit ok. you can fit a 225/40 with no issues. i highly recommend getting a 10mm spacer to make the effective offset +30. that's a safe offset to not have any rubbing with a 225 tire.

18x9.5+40 rears will fit great. you can fit a 255/35 with little to no rubbing

are you lowered?

yea I ended up putting it on over the weekend. Only thing I didn't have was hub rings. But managed to order some and it arrived in time. And you were right about the fronts. I do need spacers. Not digging how the back sticks out a little more then the front. Didn't know that would happen, b nOw I learned something new. Running 225/40 front and 255/35 rear. Just gonna need spacers like you said. Thanks for your help tho. I def learned something from it. Now just some research about spacers is what I need to do next lol. I would like the front to stick out a little, but not as much as the back.
