Default Should I buy my lease

Hello and first time, long time lurker.

My 2015 IS350 F-Sport lease end is coming up and by that time, I should have about 27K miles on it. My dealer would like an approximate price of $34,000 to buy it out and I really love this car. However, I like the upgrades on the 2017, except for the new exhaust tips, and don't mind paying $540 a month for another 2-year, 15K miles annual lease.

Buy or new lease?

$33,900 and my local dealer only had 200t models on the lot with not a single 350 in sight.

If you go over the mileage limit when the Lease is over, do you have to pay for that extra mileage and any excessive damage if you buy the lease car?
