I had a similar scratch on my IS on the rear bumper. If you try touching it up it will not look uniform. I had my scratch repaired for about 300.

Most of us have all used touch-up paint but not for large areas such as yours. If you're looking to save money by using touch-up paint, it will look awful unless you're fine with that. Try it. Your car is a Lexus, get it done right and repainted.

Thank you for quick replies guys!!
So I tried to remove paint using small amount of acetone. And here is what I have with my IS.
I was wondering if anyone with recommendations.
I am fine with repaint , polish or etcs.

Looks like you'll need more than acetone. I wouldn't hve used acetone.

Use a polish or compound. Try over the counter scratch x and microfiber towel first. Looks like a lot of that is surface paint transfer. Can be removed by hand. possibly all of it. http://amzn.to/2evajcf

Also your tires look bald.

Before you try any of the above recommend method, try clay bar method first.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002U2V1Y or https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00063X7KG or any kits will work just find. I used clay magic that cost 5 bucks when auto zone dump them on clearance. Clay won't help if the surface is actually scratch and not just paint transfer from other object.
I had very good luck with those scratch with paint transfer. Clay took them out really nice.
