Default Help to remove wheel well clip/clamp

So I'm in the process in changing my turn signals into LEDs. My car has the HIDs (single projector) and the only way to access is through the wheel well. I can't figure out how to remove the top clamp (see picture). I removed the screw/pin in the middle but don't know how to proceed. I don't wanna force it and end up breaking it.

It comes off with the bumper. You don't have to remove it at all, just the pin in the middle which you already did.

You just need to free up the wheel well liner or remove it completely which I found easier since I wasn't wrestling with it.

Excuse my question I haven't really worked much with cars but how did you remove the wheel liner completely?
