Default Tire Debris In Road

Was driving to work today and there was a bunch of tire debris in the road. I started moving left to avoid it and the guy in front of me drives right over it and pops it up into my path. Heard a loud bang as it hit the front bumper. When I parked to check it out, the front bumper seemed to handle it ok. Lots of rubber marks on it that will hopefully buff out. But the right passenger door seems to have gotten hit or warped with the impact as well. Think there might be some frame damage or the tire actually went around the car and slammed the passenger door too?

From the pics and vid, it looks like the marks can be buffed out and the dent can be fixed with PDR. Doesn't seem like frame damage is likely (unless the door feels off or doesn't open/close right).

Took it to a collision shop to take a quick look at it. Guy said stuff looks ok and PDR should be able to get it out. Think this falls under comprehensive because it was "falling or flying" debris. Don't want to put a claim on the car though because it obviously hurts the value of the car and takes out one of my options at the end of the lease.
