My [blank]ing wife just scrapped my FSport wheel on a curb... pulling out of a damn parking lot...

Anyone ever get their scrapped wheel fixed? I just called my Lexus dealer and they say they fix them, but the service guy wasn't in today so I had to leave a voice mail... the guy who picked up guess between $50-100 to fix.

If you guys had this repair done, what was your experience like? Did they do a good job? Did it actually look-new and maintain? Cost?

We took separate cars to lunch and she had to take my car to target after and I took her cause I need the kids seat that was in hers... easier to just switch cars. I originally had my car parked near to like a median with grass and tree (and curb) and she just pulled out and cut the damn thing way to tight. I witnessed it and cringed. She basically wedge it in there. I had to get of her car and unwedge it.

It happens, hope you're not too mad at your wife. Lol

There was another thread recently by another user that gave a great review of the lexus wheel repair and recommended it highly. He said you can't even see where the damage was after the repair. If my f sport wheels ever get scrapped I will most likely just go with the dealership repair too.

don't take it to the dealer. They are the middle man and farm it out to local shops.

Take it directly to a shop and save some money.

You don't mean Lexus wheel warranty by chance do you?
Would be awesome if it covered aftermarket wheels like Vossens too

But to the OP, Lexus dealer is usually the middle man as the above person said.
I went to 2 Lexus dealers with my oem wheel warranty and both places sent them out to a 3rd party.

1st place came out horrible twice (came out bronze looking), so I had to go to a different dealer to get them to fix the other dealer's mistake.

No sir fixed my vossens free of charge. they have a person that comes out to the dealership and does it for them.
