Vip modular VRC13 wheels and coils
Been eyeing these for some time now and man, they look good.
But i have not seen any IS3 except maybe one or two that run these. I literally have no greater knowledge on cars except that i was told to get the wheels first, then coilovers after (no springs since I plan to keep the car for a long time).
- What fitment sizing should I aim for? Tires included.
- what tire brands are good for daily commute? I don't need anything crazy
- How wide of the wheel should I go front and back?
- other than wheels, tires, and tpms (I heard I can just switch over my OEM ones), what else do I need?
I have a RWD and I don't plan on tracking anytime soon, just a daily commute in California. I also do not want rubbing nor needing to do any fender work. I currently have 17s and I'm thinking of aiming for the 19s vip modular vrc13.
Future plans:
- BC racing coilovers are currently what I'm aiming for, but I've heard they start squeaking a lot
If anyone know any vrc13 wheels and BC racing coilovers for sale, definitely send them my way.

What would be a great tire fitment for
Size 19x8.5 (+43) and 19x9.5 (+34)?
No coilovers yet, currently on stock suspension. I'm coming from 225/45ZR17 (+45) both front and rear
And what does anyone reconmend on tire brands? I'm a daily commuter, no track or anything. Doesn't snow here.

I have 235-35 up front and 265-30 in back on RSR downs(AWD)and have zero rubbing issues. I like Continental DWS,has a more rounded shoulder which helps in the not rubbing dept. A lot of people like Michelin PSS,but it has a more squared shoulder. I agree about getting coils first to determine optimum tire size.
