Default POLL: Can't decide on caliper color

Man, after 24 hours I'm now feeling the red is too bold and detracting from the flow of the car. I am going to change it up again next week and do this and call it day.

I chose red to match with the interior. It is the most chosen color for brake caliper. However, I wish I went F-sport blue color.

In other news, at the dealer now and sitting next to this beauty. To keep it relative to the topic on hand here is a picture of it's brakes:

Sorry bro, lol. Im glad you went with red though. Its a classic look and it goes go well with your interior. When you do more to your car, everything will come together in the end and look great. I wouldn't change the color of the calipers until you are conpletely done modding your car. Then if you are still not happy with the red. Switch it up.

Clean car btw, loving everything about it. I have decided to switch to gray with light gray lexus lettering though. The 350s front brakes are big and the red just dominates way way too much. Its finished with a clear coat and I'm finding it way too shiney.

Sounds good. Good luck with it. I feel bad for posting the pictures now. Lol. You probably wouldnt have gone with red if i hadn't. And thank you. It was a lot of headache getting my car to this point. I wish i could start over with a new car tbh.

I know the feeling. My previous car was a white 2012 Mercedes E350 Sport and initially I went with red calipers. I gave myself a week to get acclimated to the look but it was all I ever saw afterwards! Didn't seem to flow with my semi-stock look and OEM rims. I ended up switching to graphite grey with white lettering and loved it. Keep in mind, my car wasn't overly aggressive looking (like the IS) & I had gloss silver wheels. If it were me, I'd either go light grey, deep blue or a super burnt red with white lettering. Yes, it will slightly disappear but in my eyes, that's not a bad thing.

Thanks sweet, forgot to get WAF approval first. Went th4 subtle route and got this done, nice clean and simple and doesn't detract from the eyes which is what she wants.
