Default Friend's IS With AIMGAIN Wheels

Hey guys, we recently had a customer send some sweet photos of his IS with newly installed AIMGAIN wheels. He had also installed the AIMGAIN quad exhaust system from us a while back.

Anyways, I'm loving the wheels and his car turned out great so I thought I'd share some eye candy with you all.

Check it out...

Rims are good, but the car needs another face.

Nice wheels but that "F" badge is gonna pissed off a lot of ISF owners. Should use the F-sport badge instead.

People really need to relax about the "F" badging. If he likes it so be it. Its similar to people that put Volk or BBS decals on their replica wheels. Their car, their prerogative. IMO, it's only wrong or false advertisement if someone is trying to sell off fake parts as authentic.

Back on topic. Nice clean car OP.

It's absolutely not right. Its completely disrespectful to the teams that worked hard on the platform, whether it is the ISF team, Volk, BBS, or IS350 & F-Sport team. You are putting their name on a different product or in some cases (as in the wheel reps) on an inferior product.

This actually isn't even a IS350 or F-Sport, its a base IS250.

You could think about it this way or you could think that this guy is a fan of that brand thats why he put the badge on his car. I saw many corrollas who tried changing their badges & headlamps to Lexus like ones. They could emulate MB or BMW, but they preferred Lexus over them, which means they value this brand over all others!

No point in sugarcoating it, the owner rebadged it with the purpose of deceiving people into thinking he owns a much cooler car than it is. The problem?

-the people that would be impressed with the badge (like people on this forum) would likely know a 3IS ISF doesn't exist and and find this cringe-worthy

This whole rebadging of their IS250s with ISF is an all around embarrassment.

Its personal preference its their car they cant put a lamborghini logo on it if it makes them happy. Who cares. I put stuff on my car because i like the way it looks. The guy who posted the pics wanted to show off the wheels and the exhaust. Those wheels are pretty expensive and i bet so is the exhaust. Its deceiving for sure but hey for all of us who know the difference hes not fooling us he just likes how it looks.

I don't get the "IS-F" badging at all, does owner actually say it' s a IS-F to someone that doesn't know? Sounds like a poser to me.
