Default Wiper Switch Malfunction?

I randomly am unable to either turn on or off the wipers. I wish it were completely reproducible, but it seems to be random. Sometimes pushing down or up won't turn them on. I can push all the way down and they turn on high, but then I can't slow them down, and pushing all the way up just stops them where they are. This isn't normal behavior correct?

I got this video trying to park today...

100% not normal. They're also not supposed to stop halfway through the wipe. Off to the dealership you go...

Hooray.. I'm just worried it won't happen at the dealership. Hopefully they'll at least look at the video

That's definitely not normal. If it isn't reproducible while at the dealer, show them the video.

Back from the dealer.. at least they could reproduce it.

"Both relay fuse malfunction 850991 T1-72 T2-41 FP#90084-98032"

so they replaced 2 90084-98032 relays and they at least worked on the way home properly.
