Amazon carries quite a few cabin air filters that fit the IS.

One could get that perhaps, but keep in mind this is not OEM. If it were me, I would get the OEM even thou the price may seem high, considering one already spending a good amount of money on getting a Lexus.

I've purchased several at Rock Auto. Great prices, wide selection and quick delivery

Changed mine within days of having the car...these things get nasty; I certainly would not want a washable one. $13 at pepboys for the "better" one they carry and I'll check it a few times a year personally.

On the topic...just did the AC duct / vent cleaner as well on my car...very much reccomend. I constantly have my ac and/or fans running and now they smell so much better.

one thing i noticed about the aftermarket filters is they have quite a few less pleats. anybody have a recommendation on an aftermarket filter that has the same pleat density as the OE filter?
