Default Side door removal

I want to remove the four door part where the window control buttons are (arm rest kind of thing) but i am not able to find any videos or instructions. Does anyone have any ideas or videos/posts? I dont want to use my pry tool and prop random parts open and it ends up breaking.

GOing to try to install my own 3m dinoc carbon fiber vinyl wrapping

Its pretty easy. All you gotta do is just pull it up the control covers and just dc the harness underneath the control covers

Get yourself a set of upholstery prying tools. They work well!
