i just encounter some bad experience that i think i must share with you guys.
so here is the story.
On December 2015, i ordered a set of 19" Vossen CVT along with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tire. however, when i received the package its Pilot sport tire on the rear wheels and Pilot super sport on the front wheels. i called them and they said since i drove on it they cant exchange. i know its my bad for not telling my friend to check before he install it on the car so everything good.
*****please note that i paid with my debit card, and my mother debit card, i gave them the card number over the phone*****
On February 2016, i got a quote here from JM Auto for the ARK Grip for $1,400. so, i gave them a call to make the purchase. unfortunately, when i order the exhaust on their website, my sister bought something with paypal without telling me so my transaction was decline. then i called them and said that i will buy the exhaust when i get my paycheck at the end of the month.
p/s please note that during this time, they pick up there phone right away whenever i call and even call me back.
here come the problem
On Feb 26th they charged my mother debit card which i used to pay for the 1st transaction on December 2015. (THEY JUST CHARGE IT WITHOUT MY CONSENT), and ship the package on Feb 29th. She send out some checks to pay for her bills and JM Auto took the money, which made her previous checks became bounced checks. After that, i called JM auto to resolve my problem asking for an RMA since i dont want to do bussiness with them anymore. they said they will email me the RMA number which they never do. after a week i tried to call them and they never pick up the phone. after i keep calling and calling they finally pick up this time i asked for a name which is Michael he said to email me again for the RMA number if i dont see it call him and he will give me over the phone. a day later still didnt get anything, tried to call them everyday at least 10 times a day left numerous messages no one call back. finally get in touch with another guy asked for RMA over the phone. Just ship back to them today cost me $113. i guess is enough $113 to learn a lesson.

 

Sounds like you need your own credit card dude. Don't use your debit, or your mom's debit, over the phone.

Also, you wanted to buy the exhaust and your sister for what ever reason used your mom's card on paypal. The shop knows you want the exhaust and want it shipped, so the transaction went through once funds were available and they sent it.

Moral of the story... Time to get off the leash and buy your own stuff. It sounds like you are pretty disorganized over there. I wouldn't blame JM for that.

 

It's a 5k transaction so credit card doesn't have enough fund.
Let's me clear it up the paypal Is my PayPal account using the Bill me later method. I use my card, my PayPal account to make purchase. I only use my mom card because I was $150 short on the first Transaction. And when my PayPal account doesn't have enough fund doesn't mean they can use my mom card to complete the transaction or at the very least give me a call before they charge. Also, what I don't like is that when I purchase it's very easy to call them but once it's a return it's so hard to get in touch with them.
