Default 225/45/18 up front?

Car: 2015 Is250 F Sport

I have some aftermarket rims they are factory spec 18X8 for the front, Im wondering if i can run a 225/45/18 up front instead of the 225/40/18, without having any rubbing issues. Thanks

If you are at stock height there shouldn't be an issue

It will rub on the fender liner but not the fender. I'm currently on 225/45/18s in the front for winter and it rubs very slightly on the liner. If you're lowered it might rub more.
