Test drive a 328. It's not as good as an IS350. The 350 handles better and has a better powertrain. Feature for feature, it may be more expensive too. There is no reason to pick a 328 over the is350 unless you want to mod the car. A chipped 328 would probably be faster than 350.

I find it funny that no one mentions the Acura (Honda
) TLX. I kinda like the exterior, it's bigger than the IS, has AWD, and is a good value for all the tech you get. If you can wait a bit longer, why not wait for the Q50 3.0T (400HP!!) which comes out some time in spring of this year IIRC?
