Default Cat to Front Pipe exhaust bolts

I need replacement bolts going from the cat to the front pipe of the exhaust. I've called multiple dealers and keep getting conflicting information. Been told there is a spring load bolt, that its just a normal bolt and nut. Anyone know for sure or want to take a look under their car?

The bolts that lead up to the cat from the midpipe are Not spring loaded. They are just a Bolt and a nut. I have swamped out my midpipe before on my IS350 so I can confirm to this. Not sure if the IS250 or IS200t are spring loaded though.
