Quick question! When I head onto the freeway the gps just shows freeway exit numbers and not the actual name. Is there a way to switch this?

You mean when you didn't input any destination address and hit freeway then the screen change right? I don't think there is a way to change it, it will just show exit numbers, it will be too long for the small screen to fit all the letters

I don't remember my IS ever show up with full name exit unless was navigating

 

I'm not sure there is. I didn't find anything in the manual. That feature can be turned off but not changed.
