It's unfortunate that you feel you have to present yourself as such a rude individual by throwing out indiscriminate insults. The folks on this forum are not "bottom feeding" - they are merely interacting with one another to achieve the best deal they can that is fair. Believe me, a dealer is not going to sell a customer a vehicle at a price that is inconsistent with the goals of their business. I enjoy coming to this forum because I like to learn things about my vehicles - my wife and I are on our 4th Lexus and we feel these cars possess great quality and value - I can assure you we didn't "bottom feed" just because we shopped around and achieved some great deals.

With the attitude you have, I'm not sure you are going to enjoy this forum and the people who participate in it.

Best of luck to you.

Bad deal. Here's why.
Without your down payment, your payment should be $437/month with MF of .0006 ($403+$34interest)
With your down payment, $271/month ($237+$34interest)
How?
So w/o dp, your depreciation of 36months is $43,664adjustedprice-$29,145residual= $14518 then /36= $403+34interest= $437
W/ dp, it would be $14518-$6000= $8518/36= $237+$34interest=$271
In my view, they're pretty much ripping you off big time and taking all your 6k. Because first, with your credit score and putting down a total of 9 MSDs, you will bring your MF to .00001 which means you pretty much will pay less than $1 of interest. That's what I did. If you do this, then your payment should be $403 with no money down, just MSDs, which you will get all back. Don't put money down, use your money for MSD, as people have said. I would try to get a payment below $400, so negotiate the selling price better.
Also, tell them to cover the transport fee with the rebates, they should, cause my dealer covered all fees + first payment. Let me know if you have any questions. Good luck.

Are you guys not negotiating the sales price on leases before talking about rebates, incentives, financing and trade-ins?

You're talking about negotiating the FINAL Sales price of the car first before disclosing if you're buying the car or leasing it right?

If so, how would one go about negotiating this?

Currently looking for a 2015 IS 350 F Sport White ext with red int. trying to get the absolute BEST deal possible with putting as little down as possible..

Or if there's a link somewhere, please link me to anything worth reading. Thanks!
