I agree with LexSense about being tight with 245-35's. I have AWD with Vossen CVTs which are +32 in front with 235-35's which I think are perfect for this car and +42 in back with 265-30's which are almost 1/2 inch shorter than the 245-35's you want to use and I don't rub but it's VERY close. Mind you the CVTs are 10" wide in back vs your 9", and 8.5 in front which is neglible to your 9". I would reconsider that set-up. Just my .02

What about running the whole setup with 235/35/19 all around?

I think your offset will be your biggest problem. Guys here run 20s with 255-30s which are 26" tall a full inch taller than stock but with a 45 offset and don't rub on rsr downs. 35 will get you very close to the fender coupled with the 235-35s which are 1/2" taller than stock might rub under certain conditions. I am in no way an expert here but I think you need to be closer to stock tire height to make it work

Do you know what would be a good setup then? I don't want anything to rub. And with my streets I think 19s would be the right move. Can anyone suggest a wheel setup and tires? I also don't want to do any fender modifications.
