I love my RSR Super Down on my 3IS 250.

Pros: No gap, comfortable ride for being so aggressive, the wheel clears the fender, so no need to fender roll or worry about tire scraping.

Cons: Nothing really. Besides that the car is super low and you will damage your bumper, I live in Los Angeles and no matter how much I profile or slow down, in time before you realize, your bumper will be damaged, hanging off the hinges, etc...So be extremely careful, but sometimes that may not even help. ALSO PARKING ON THE STREET, curbs in Los Angeles are high, so depending on where you live, you always have to pull out for your front passenger to get out of the car.

i went with RSR downs. super comfy and they are really comfy!!

i have Velgen VMB5 19s and the springs work really well with the springs. no gap! but watch out for the speed bumps and when you park.
