Go to tire rack and put in your cars info and pick the pads you want. They have plenty to chose from.

 

ceramic pro works really great, coat the wheels and the calipers. it made a huge difference on my rs7, and that spews out way more dust than my is350.

Are the low dust pads the ones that come on non f sport IS350s? I don't notice any excessive dust on my front wheels...

 

Hoping to stick with a OEM Alternative pad.
Local dealers say there are none so I was looking for part numbers if anyone is using a Non F Sport Pad on a15 F Sport 350RWD.

Ceramic pads (I'm told) will compromise the performance of the brakes.

I know that if I am going to get into a wreck that is my fault, it will be rear-ending someone. And with that kind of wreck, I need all of the stopping power available.

I have decided for myself that I will put up with the extra dust in return for possibly saving a few inches during a panic stop that might prevent or lessen a crash.

 

your tires do the majority of braking. F Sport brakes have a sharper bite and feel when you brake. If youre scared of insufficient braking, upgrade your tires

 

This is the truth. Been running these for the last 1k miles. They dust like crazy and are loud (almost embarrassingly loud) for the first 200 miles but after that they're great. Perfect alternative choice to OEM without losing any performance.

 

Not scared, I just always want maximum stopping power at all times.

Even with the best tires there is probably a difference in stopping distance ceramic vs. non-ceramic brakes.

 

I went ahead and installed a set of Project Mu Type NS pads. I've had them in a few cars and i've always been happy with their performance and dust level.
