Default Dechroming trim/Vinly Wrap Questions? HELP!

I have been tossing around the idea of using plasti dip to de-chrome the trim along the doors and front grille on my 2014 Lexus I350 F Sport. After full consideration I have decided against this method and would like to vinyl wrap instead. For those of you who have had this done did you go with a matte black or gloss black finish? Additionally, did you stay with the same scheme for the front grille? I found a shop here locally that will de-chrome the trim for $180 and they could also wrap the roof in a gloss black finish for $250. Total cost is $430 + tax.

1) Is $430 the typical going rate for this job?
2) Is gloss black vinyl what most people are doing on the door trim?
3) Could you post pictures if you have had this done?

Thanks,

Ricky

1. Sounds about right for the trim. Think most people get it done for $180-$220.
2. I'd go with gloss black vinyl to match everything else.
3. There are a few threads you could search to find these pictures.
