Just wondering if there is a way to program the screen to see my speed

Not as a factory option. There may be a aftermarket solution out there that you can somehow use to connect to the aux port.

Reason I asked, I like setting my steering wheel in a lower position and it is right in the way of he speedo.

too bad it's not like the G37 when it all tilts. Can get an app if you have an iPhone but its probably more hassle.
