Does anyone have a recommendation on stylish and really light 18s/19s for the 3IS? I want to get the most bang for my buck.

Has anyone run a 235/30/20 on the front with RSR Half Downs? I'm currently running a 225/30/20 like most people here but the stretch is a little much. Any extreme rubbing?

My signature says it all. Only rubs on the front at full lock.

Finally mounted! Volk Racing CE28SL 18x8.5 +35 in front, 18x9.5 +45 at the back. Tires are Falken ZE914 Ecorun 235/40R18 & 265/35R18.

I'm still on stock suspension but RS*R springs are being installed next week.

I couldn't reuse my tires, that for sure as the overall diameter would be too small.

But using his specs I came up with

255/35 in the rear and got this:

is it sticking out 3.7mm past Breezy's really gonna require massive camber/fender work?

What wheels are these?

Default Ferrada Wheels

Hey CL, Recently just purchased a set of Ferrada FR2 wheels which are coming in 3 days so i want to have some tires ready
The specs are:
Front: 19x8.5 et 32
Rear: 19x10.5 et 38
Car is currently lowered and settled on RSR downs

I spoke with a Ferrada Rep and also a Vibe Motorsports rep, both which seemed pretty knowledgeable. I insisted on the 19x10.5 et 38 instead of the 19x9.5 et 40 for a deeper concave look. When i asked the reps what tire size i should run in the back without any rubbing/fender work, they told me that I shouldn't run into any issues with 265/30/19 on RSR downs and that they've had customers done that setup too. But most people on this forum seem to only go with a 265 if the ET is 40+ and anything less than a ET40 would go with a 255 or even 245.

Horever Ive seen a few people on this forum with Coilovers/rsr super downs run
19x9.5 et 38 255/30/19 or 265/30/19
19x9.5 et 31 255/30/19 or 265/30/19
Since people who are lower and have a similar/more aggressive offset run a 265, Would that mean my setup should be fine too?

and with RSR downs I've seen plenty of people run velgens/vossens with
19x10.5 et 45 265/30/19 or 275/30/19
19x10 et 42 265/30/19
It seems to me that there is still some space to play with when it comes to the rear wheel and fender, and 7mm (the difference in offset) don't seem like a big difference.

So i guess my question is should i go with the recommendation the reps gave me and get the 265/30/19 or go with what i believe would seem to be the safer option and get a 255/30/19 for the rear? Hard to make a decision when every here runs a 265 only for et40+ while I'm assuming people who know the most about the wheels is telling me 265 is perfect.

I showed them the pic below and asked for the same setup, and they said it was the 19x10.5 et 38 with a 265/30/19 setup. Not sure about suspension tho but looks like a moderate drop like the RSR downs to me
