wayne was saying they are having a meeting for new is owners on Saturday night at 7 at the west Edmonton Lexus. does that work for most of us?

Hello all,

Hope you are all excited to finally have an IS meet, this will be the first of many. We did put this together in a very short time span, so if there is anything we need to improve on definitely let us know!

The event as Simon has mentioned, will be at Lexus of Edmonton on the west end, in the pre-owned building just behind the main building. There will be food and drinks provided, non-alcoholic of course as we have a cruise later. We will also have some special guests coming from the FRS club as well to join the fun. So enjoy this weekend, have a great time make some new friends, exchange ideas on mods!

7:00 Cruise departs

I know you all know this already, but just some cruising Etiquettes:
-Goes without saying road rules are applied
-ALWAYS give way to other people on the cruse
-Don't tailgate, even during 'spirited' drives, this keeps everyone safe.
-If you want to overtake, flash your highbeams a couple of times.
-As above but reversed, don't hold someone up if they want to go faster than you, stick to your own pace.
-Hazards are used for multiple reasons, just depends where - Hazards may be used:
-saying obsticle ahead(or on road) (and breaking hard)
-hazards are still used (when pulled over and issue with car, always good practice to see if u can help!)
-Just have fun, and enjoy the moment!

Yes thank you Wayne and Henok and of course Lexus of Edmonton kindly organizing our first 3IS meet in YEG - amazing turnout! The crowd seemed to enjoyed and had a great time with other car enthusiasts, then ended with a fairly disciplined cruise and photo shoot (rolling and still). Special thanks to Jeff our professional photographer, can't wait to see your collection! In the meantime, here are a couple sneak peaks at cell phone quality...

Yeah I got the times mixed up. I put it in my phone the event started at 7:00, not the cruise, I'm really chapped I missed out on this. We should do another one soon!
