I have a Lexus is 3rd generation that someone is interested in. Does anyone know how the transfer of lease would work. Will they do a credit check on the person taking over the lease? Also will the payments stay the same because I already negotiated them? Tell me as much as you know. The more the better.

 

To my knowledge, there is a credit check, but all the numbers remain the same if credit checks out (maybe a small change if tax rate is different or if interest changes due to higher/lower credit score). Your local dealership should be able to help you out.
